As Chairman GACL Education society, I have known Dhwani, a school for hearing impaired children of Bharuch, Gujarat, for more than three years. During my first visit itself, I was touched by the happiness on the faces of these special children. This is a school where hearing impaired children, who don’t get a chance to get admission into normal schools, have an opportunity to be educated. Here they are amongst others like themselves and get an unparalleled opportunity to attend a school like any normal child. They are very intelligent and communicate very easily with each other using sign language. I am deeply impressed by the total commitment and dedication of the Acting Principal Ms. Geeta Parekh an all members of Trust headed by Pushpaben Patel who is guiding the school teachers and parents of the children through her sustained efforts. I wish them the best and good luck in their all endeavors.
